Briana is a certified plant-based chef + holistic health coach who takes a mind-body-spirit approach to healing. She works one-on-one as a health coach, hosts wellness workshops, offers nutritional consultations, and teaches private & group cooking classes. The part of her work she loves most is helping clients create more time and space for people, places and things that nourish them.

When not working, Briana can be found cooking for family & friends to the sounds of Billie Holiday, hiking in Elysian Park with her pup, Daisy, practicing Kundalini and Bikram yoga, or spending time shopping the bounty of organic, local, seasonal produce at Farmer’s Markets around LA.
